Driven by their shared passion, Nathalie and Thibaut took over a patisserie in 2021. Their partnership gave birth to La Gandole Gourmande, an exceptional establishment offering gourmet creations, entirely homemade: various pastries, homemade marshmallows and chocolate, cakes, viennoiseries... Each bite exudes authenticity and creativity, while paying homage to Saint-Étienne. The nougat gaga, the Babet, and their stroke of genius that is the Saint-Gaga, a sweet sarasson embellished with seasonal fruits.

Delicieux! Les gâteaux font l'unanimité à chaque fois! Même prévenu au dernier moment, le maximum est fait pour répondre à vos attentes. Allez y vous y serez bien reçu et certainement pas déçu. (Seul bémol un peu loin de chez moi, c'est dommage nous irions plus souvent mais mon régime en prendrait un coup ????)
