La Diligence bakery and pastry shop takes its name from the old stagecoach stop at the foot of the establishment. This shop offers home-made products made from local and noble ingredients: jams, marshmallows, coulis made on the spot as well as a wide range of breads including organic specialities made with the Loire flour Borsa, a pioneer of organic products since 1952. You will find traditional breads with home-made natural leaven, Viennese pastries and butter pastries that change with the seasons. Catering is offered at lunchtime.
