Première expérience mitigée, la barquette de fagottini gorgonzola / noix que j’ai achetée révèle que quasiment la moitié des ravioles sont vides de farce. Celles qui étaient normalement remplies étaient cependant très bonnes. À 33€/kg on s’attend quand même à ce que chaque fagottini soit farci non ?
