The Ateliers Weiss offer visitors the chance to discover the secrets of chocolate-making. You'll discover the history and expertise of Weiss, a chocolate factory founded in Saint-Etienne in 1882. Ateliers Weiss has three dimensions: exhibitions, a boutique and a hot chocolate bar. There's no shortage of tastings! Children's workshops are offered regularly. In the boutique, you'll discover a variety of chocolates. Visitors can even create their own bar with the ingredients of their choice.

On se souvient avec plaisir des premières papillotes WEISS. L'entreprise a voulu partager son savoir faire, en ouvrant cet atelier ludique et gourmand,où accompagné d'un guide, on emprunte une passerelle qui surplombe la chocolaterie pour découvrir tous ses secrets.
La visite se termine par le passage en boutique ou encore la salle de restauration.
