PACT

PACT is the first network of habitat improvement associations. In Rhône-Alpes, there are 12 associations serving individuals and communities, 230 employees and so many volunteers, 6 360 improved housing. Through insertion, combating undignified habitat, development of social housing, rehabilitation of old centres, urban renewal, improvement of housing for persons with reduced mobility and study conduct, PACT aims to improve housing in order to allow everyone access to recent housing, both in urban and rural areas.
