Association approved Social Service of general interest by a decree decree of 2010, PACT Loire, in addition to its stéphanois seat, has égalementdes antennas in Saint-Chamond and Roanne. It rehabilitating, improves and adapts more than a thousand units each year. One of its subsidiaries lodges more than 500 poor households. PACT's recognized specialities are the thermal renovation of the habitat, the treatment of unsanitary treatments, the adaptation to uses, disability assistance, or the renovation of the degraded habitat. Some of these missions are completed in partnership with local communities.
