ADIL

The LOIRE (Federal Housing Information Agency) of the Loire provides free, Neutral and tax-free legal, financial and tax advice for all matters related to housing. The ADIL may inform on the rules of rental material, or the majority rules for the co-ownership votes; it may establish financial diagnoses of accession materials. ADIL informs anyone who needs housing information (both landlords and tenants, occupiers or real estate professionals). However, ADIL's intervention has limitations: it does not fulfil any commercial or negotiation functions. It does not fulfil the consumer's defence mission. If it informs individuals about specific points of housing law or town planning, it shall remain outside any dispute; its role in this area is to direct the public to specialised bodies, such as tenants'defence associations or owners'unions, whose coordinates are made available to the public.
