Compass is an application aimed at the under-26s, offering discounts in bars, restaurants and shops in Saint-Etienne. Created by three students, the concept was first launched in the south of France before arriving in Saint-Étienne. The application works on a subscription basis: monthly at €2.99 or yearly at €19.99. Partner stores choose the discount of their choice for members, who simply scan a QR code to benefit from a price reduction, a product bought/one offered, or even a free product.
