Je suis venue le mardi 18 février 2025 , chez Optic 2000 St Etienne pour un renouvellement de lunettes. Les changer, ce n’est pas simple, voire stressant.
J’ai été accueillie chaleureusement par Kenza qui m ‘a mise à l’aise et m’a très bien orientée dans le choix de mes lunettes.
Kenza est une personne très compétente, souriante, solaire.
