"Make people feel good" is the motto of the Regency, a Mecca for restaurants in Saint-Etienne! We appreciate the relaxing and hushed setting of this establishment. The chef prepares tasty and generous dishes in his cuisine: veal liver with parsley, creamy monkfish risotto, tuna tartar.... A menu is subtle, fresh and inventive, we can only recommend this address in good taste! The meal ends with the delicacies car, an additional incentive to come back with friends to the Regency!
