Everything is homemade, the dishes as well as the ice creams and even the bread, which is a real delight. For example, you can enjoy a muslin of pike with pumpkin, a loin of marcassin braised with sage, and for dessert a hot blackcurrant soufflé and a perfect plum brandy ice-cream. An ideal place for a meal with family or friends. The panoramic view in the dining room allows you to enjoy the beauty of the Pilat massif, sparkling whatever the season.
