In this stéphanois stopper, a family kitchen is served in a traditional atmosphere, just like the red and white checked tablecloths. To start with, a selection of three starter salad bowls such as leeks with vinaigrette, Greek-style mushrooms or lentils with shallots. We continue with a meat or fish: rather hot sausage with forezienne sauce or salmon steak with sorrel? To finish on a sweet note, a nice selection of homemade desserts, comforting as it should be: caramel cream, rum baba or prunes in red wine.
