Nous sommes allés dîner la semaine dernière et la nourriture était vraiment excellente.
J'ai pris l'entrée à base de champignons et le plat avec les saint jacques.
Seul léger bémol, j'ai trouvé la panacotta un peu trop "collée" à mon goût mais c'est sûrement nécessaire pour qu'elle garde sa forme.

Très déçu de mon expérience dans ce restaurant. J’ai pris une formule entrée, plat, dessert, et malheureusement, rien ne m’a vraiment plu. Pourtant, je ne suis pas difficile… Le tataki de thon était bien trop salé, impossible à finir, et il y avait même de la grenade qui avait tourné, c’est inadmissible de servir des produits visiblement périmés. Le cocktail ressemblait à un simple jus multifruits, et la pannacotta n’était pas meilleure. Franchement, grosse déception.
