Restaurant in a warm setting and with careful decoration in Saint-Etienne.
After many years of delighting gourmets on rue des Martyrs-de-Vingré, L'Absinthe now occupies the former premises of the Palazzo and boasts a 300 m² terrace. The setting is warm and inviting, the decor meticulous and the cuisine refined and full of flavour, with a choice of fine truffle and parmesan tart, roast lobster with aromatic butter or pan-fried veal sweetbreads with seasonal vegetables. The service is very pleasant and the staff attentive.
