La Bouche Pleine is an elegant bouchon, featuring traditional French cuisine from starter to dessert. Lovers of good food will choose between the traditional entrecôte, served with Saint-Marcellin cheese, andouillette or the famous quenelle with Bohemian morels. Meat is the mainstay of the menu. Fish lovers will appreciate original starters such as carlexane, a famous combination of scallops, shrimp and smoked salmon flavored with pastis. Open Tuesday and Wednesday evenings; Thursday and Friday lunchtimes and evenings; Saturday evenings. Single menu €30 (evening). A la carte menu: approx. 19 €. Dish of the day: €14. a small "bouchon" in the stéphanoise style where conviviality and relaxation rhyme while hoping to bring you the best quality in the plate and in the servic. For this new season La Bouche Pleine offers you a private space in the basement reserved for our customers. A cellar with its bar and smoking room for an aperitif with a choice of dinner boards, between friends or to finish your evening.

Why adding some tasteless tomato dices for decoration especially in winter?
Mushroom morilles sauce without Morilles, sad. Too much garlic in the Gratin Dauphinois.
