Created by the Despinasse family, emblematic dynasty of butchers from the Loire, Brut Butcher offers a new concept of fast food: a concept combining butchery, ancestral know-how, gourmet fooding and digital experience 2.0.
The emphasis is on product quality, meat freshness and taste. Beef is 100% Charolais, duck, pork and French chicken, the breads are homemade, the sauces are made by the brand.
The restaurant even has a butcher's shop where customers can see the quality of the meat and order cut pieces on site in front of them.
Orders are placed via a tablet in the store or on the dedicated application. The price-quality ratio is excellent, nothing like multinational brands.
