A fresco in honor of Charles Trenet and photos of Georges Brassens, Edith Piaf, Luis Mariano... adorn the walls, and you'll be warmly welcomed into the spacious dining room. La Java Bleue's specialty: beef! Entrecôte, rib steak, tartare, beef cheek, brochettes, marrow bones, or even Salers cured ham and beef rillettes. Meat in all its forms!
