The vineyards of the Domaine de Philippe Peulet represent eight islands spread over 5 hectares, with the gamay planted on granite arenas as a conductor. The operation of Mr Baillon was created in 1989 and has a vineyard surface of 6,5 ha, all located in the municipality of Ambierle. Harvest takes place traditionally; the grapes are harvested and sliced manually to ensure better quality. The dominant grape is the white gamay black gamay. Alain Baillon offers you the rosé of Ambierle (rosé rosé), Cuvée "Magnet" (obtained by carbonic maceration) and Cuvée "Montplaisir" (from old vines). The exploitation also produces white chardonnay wine and a semi-dry rosé wine marketed in wine from Pays Country.

The vineyards of Domaine du Pavillon extend over 9 hectares spread over a land of granite arenas, south-east exposure, which promotes the maturity of grapes and vines. Harvesting is done manually. Eric Villeneuve worthy successor of Maurice Lutz and his former Clos du Pavillon produces a formidable roannaise red old vineyards 2009 very rich and complete with soft tannins that coat a body together and an excellent 2009-, bold and shiny roannaise coast.
