Wines and spirits Ambierle

From the visit of the vine to that of the wine cellars, you will be able to capture the "Terra Vitis" approach and discover the different stages of winemaking. At the end of the visit, you will go to the cellar for a tasting of rosé and red wines accompanied by a meal dish. At the heart of this educational farm, groups of children will be able to discover the development of the physiological stages of the plant, as well as the work of the vine grower and go to discover sweet, salty, bitter and acidic flavours before tasting grape juice. The vineyards of the Domaine de Philippe Peulet represent eight islands spread over 5 hectares, with the gamay planted on granite arenas as a conductor. The vineyards of Domaine du Pavillon extend over 9 hectares spread over a land of granite arenas, south-east exposure, which promotes the maturity of grapes and vines. Harvesting is done manually.
