Whether you practice cross-country skiing, paragliding or hiking, the environment is exceptional. The 11 rooms have all the comforts and you can enjoy traditional cuisine on the terrace or by the fire, including the famous gratin dauphinois de la Marthe, a foie gras, a plate of homemade smoked trout, a veal head, a delicious chicken with ravioles and homemade desserts, such as this vanilla-framboise frozen vacherin. No doubt, here we respect nature in general and our nature in particular!
