Comment s’appelle le fait de prendre de l’argent à un client indûment et ne pas lui rendre? Du vol? Je me pose la question en tout cas. A fuir, chambre annulée en réservation flexible que ne sont pas remboursée, ne payez pas en arrivant mais à la fin du séjour. Sans parler du petit déjeuner médiocre avec un quatre quart à vous casser les dents, faites le bien tremper dans le café avant c’est un conseil
