light and fragrant cuisine. Here, local and/or organic products, vegetables, and
and cereals from sustainable or organic agriculture. Enjoy an egg casserole on vegetables from
vegetables, a salad of red cabbage, pomegranate, tamari vinaigrette and the mini rice pudding of
the homemade desserts are simple but tasty (organic dark chocolate fondant, pavlova,
and orange moelleux).
