Un séjour exceptionnel ! Nous avons été accueillis de manière très chaleureuse par le personnel de l'hôtel. Leur gentillesse et leur serviabilité ont rendu notre expérience vraiment mémorable. Les chambres étaient confortables et bien entretenues, et le petit déjeuner était délicieux. De plus, l'emplacement de l'hôtel était idéal, avec tout à proximité. Je recommande! :)

Location in ski boots are a bit far from the center but the diable lift and the bus stop are very close.

Staff was amazing and the breakfast was delish.

We have returned from the most wonderful stay at Hotel Serre-Palas. We were travelling as a couple and could not recommend a stay here enough - the hotel was clean, cosy and the owners were so friendly, warm and exceptional helpful. Our room was immaculate with enough storage space for our ski gear and luggage.

Breakfast was delicious - a great continental selection, lots of choice and the croissants were yum. Diable lift and shuttle bus were a short walk away, (like 4 minutes in shoes, couple of minutes longer in ski boots!) shops, pubs and restaurants on the doorstep. Absolutely ideal!

We booked through Sunweb and would 100% stay here again on a repeat visit. I don't know how the hotel star system works but this hotel exceeded our expectations.

Fantastisch! Heel vriendelijke, behulpzame eigenaars. Hygiëne en netheid is 100% in orde. Kraaknet. Gelegen in een rustig deel van Les Deux Alpes. We voelden ons hier helemaal op ons gemak in alle rust. Alles wat we nodig hadden. Wandelafstand met skibotten naar de lift Diables. Of skibus naar Jandri nemen. (Gratis) stopt nabij hotel.
