Between sky and water, Lake Monteynard is a vast reservoir created by the construction of a dam in 1962. Although swimming is forbidden on the entire lake, it's a paradise for windsurfers and kitesurfers. All around this impressive lake, two Himalayan footbridges, accessible all year round, allow you to cross the Drac and Ebron rivers during a walk, whether sporty or more leisurely, which will take you along a 12.5 km-long trail of sensational footbridges, with the possibility of returning to the lake by boat.
