Beautiful address in Saint-Savin preparing a seasonal cuisine based on fresh products and foie gras.
3 Faisans is run by a couple with a passion for restaurants - Mathilde Lerouge, chef de cuisine, and her husband Franck, a pastry expert - who perpetuate the tradition of good food. In a cosy room, with a beautiful shaded terrace, dishes inspired by the best seasonal products: asparagus and foie gras seasoned with Sauternes gel; sweetbreads fricassee, artichoke mousseline. Excellent desserts and wine list in harmony. And on Thursdays, it's a gourmet journey with a thematic evening highlighting the cuisine of a particular country.

Restaurant avec une très belle terrasse ombragée où l'on peut deguster des plats raffinés avec des mises en bouches originales (sucettes de radis par exemple). L'accueil est très agréable.
Excellent address. For lovers of gastronomy. Good fine and original dishes.
