Read moreThis site is protected and has been officially classified as the Area of Protection of Architectural Heritage, Urban and Landscape in 1997. Many vestiges of human occupation dating back to prehistoric times were discovered. Fossils were found in different layers of the basement reminiscent of the presence of the sea in the secondary age, including a ichtyosaure, a fossil reptile of two hundred million years.
