L’OREE DU CHATEAU
A character of character, a special hotel in the "chalet des Years Folles" in the middle of a park with centuries-old trees, which offers us a high quality duet: Gilles, the chef, and Sylvie offering five different and very spacious rooms for one to four people. Charming small dining room where the concepts of conviviality and pleasure take all their importance. Traditional cuisine is enjoyed in southern trends: doughnuts doughnuts, crushed of reduced tomatoes, basil cream or a foie gras of canard duck, crushed from figs to nuts, follow a rose of mullet fillets to pistou, crunchy potatoes and barigoule mini-artichokes, ris-de-veal poêlés to chanterelles, fresh pasta and pointes, to finish on a minute pie with bitter chocolate. The mistress gives this place a very warm atmosphere. We always feel "like at home."
