ERARD

For half a century, Erard has been developing furniture, legs and wall mounts, capable of integrating all types of high-tech devices, from boxes to mobile devices and TV and its peripherals. Its products have been certified Origine France Garantie since 2011.

History: The early 1960s.... The arrival of cathodic television disrupted the habits of the French and Henri Erard was one of the first to develop furniture specifically for television. In 1961, he launched his first range under the Erard brand. His creations from then? A wooden table and a bar furniture.

In 1973, Erard launched the first universal stand for metal TV with advertising, the slogan of which will leave its mark on people's minds: "Erard, it's the foot! »

Technological developments, Erard is gradually developing its collections and since 1985 has been offering models that can integrate the first Canal+ demobulators, then VHS video recorders.... Over the years, modular glass tables, rotating legs and first wall mounts have been added to the range.

Then came the appearance of flat screens at the beginning of the 2000s, from then on Erard offered new ranges of column furniture and wall mounts. Erard is the first manufacturer to offer motorized solutions in 2005 and a range entirely dedicated to LED displays in 2010. While waiting for the OLED....

In 1999, Erard joined the Qualis Group, which the following year acquired ITC, a company specialising in connectors and image transfer boxes (now Erard Connect), and then Eurex, a company dedicated to professional markets, which became Erard Pro in 2010.
