Building used to receive royalties collected in kind and crops from the Villages du Lac de Paladru estate.

This former outbuilding of the Carthusian monastery of Silve Bénite dates back to the ^17th century. The building was used to receive the royalties collected in kind and the estate's harvests. It stands out for the vast proportions of its 18-metre-high roof structure and its remarkable original casements. Today, the Grange Dîmière is a showcase for cultural events. This summer, exhibition and meeting with ceramist Ule Ewelt, potters' market, live show... Festival Les Nuits hors la Grange from August¹ to 3, 2024. Walks, tours, conferences, a magical place!

Closed d´octobre in April. In May, June, September and October: open on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays from 2pm to 6pm. In July and August, open every day from 2pm to 6pm. Free of charge. Guided tours for groups, fixed price of 60 € for up to 15 people.
