Founded in 1908, Maison Couderc is a recipe for success with gentian alcohol, the emblematic plant of the Auvergne mountains. It is the last independent distillery in the Cantal. Its shop offers the house products, in particular the gold-coloured Couderc gentian, but also a very wide range of liqueurs, spirits and wines. Its large bay windows also reveal a beautiful section of delicatessen and good regional products. This is normal, as the owner is an epicurean.

The Marché Provençal brings together different professionals for excellent products. In this vast store, you will find beautiful vegetables and fruits in season. The Maison Desprat has been associated with a passion for wine since 1885. Pierre Desprat, with his two daughters Léa and Lucie, continues the family adventure and makes it a point of honour to advise and help people discover the wines of the Auvergne volcanic soil. To do this, a wide range of wines is offered in his shop. Alongside the local beverages, we find all the French and foreign wine regions. Beer, spirits and local aperitifs are also presented. A corner dedicated to delicatessen completes the offer.

Roland Mas reopened this shop after renovations in January 2019 to offer his charcuterie made in Rouget. The house, created in 1934, is known throughout France. The hams are Roland Mas's little darlings that he makes with all his artisanal know-how. In addition, there are wonderful sausages and spicy dry sausages. The Delfine chocolate factory was founded in 1960, in the centre of Aurillac, opposite the Notre-Dame-aux-Neiges church. Delphine Soulage, a former employee, took over the business in 2010 and the recipes of yesteryear: Cailloux de la Jordanne, Pépite d'or, Folidou, Lauzes or Puy de fruit. Original also the Cantal department map to crunch... All these treasures are made from selected quality raw materials. The third family to run the business, the Paoli's have been living in rue Duclaux since 1967. After the father, it is Jean-Louis who took over the business (even if dad is still here!). Mr de Paoli is a real pork butcher who transforms everything himself. He works with local pork producers who supply him with quality meat. In his workshop, he puts the pig in all its states for the greatest happiness of our taste buds! And if in the pig all is good, at Paoli all is pretty! Notice to all lovers of good pork meats.
