The Chasal Lento Café-Museum in Mont-de-Lans has the atmosphere of a café-bistro of the past, with temporary exhibitions.

Why Chasal Lento? Chasal refers to mountain chalets, and Lento was the name of Mont-de-Lans in the 1100s. The House of Traditions and Arts has been installed in a former spa. On the first floor, the light and sound show introduces visitors to the people of the Oisans and their customs, while enjoying the café-bistro atmosphere of bygone days. A great place to take a break on the road to vacation. Temporary exhibitions. A visit to the museum is also an opportunity to discover the pretty village of Mont-de-Lans.

Après une petite descente par Bons et des explications sur la vie d’hier prendre une infusions citron gingembre avec une délicieuse tarte pistache cerises rien de tel pour finir la journée. Le musée a voir la vie en montagne d’autrefois.

C'est un petit musée retraçant les temps anciens aux Deux Alpes avec des photos, des mises en scène qui font revivre un temps revolut, authentique.
L' accueil y est chaleureux , et prendre un thé accompagné de petites pâtisseries au soleil fait savourer un moment précieux !
