S’il pouvait y avoir un lieux parfait c’est bien à l’hôtel de France qu’il pourrait être. Chambre refaite avec goût accueil très agréable et convivial c’est attendu. A l’hôtel de France c’est bien au-delà. Avec en plus un voyage au pays des saveurs avec des produits locaux. Comme quoi le voyage n’implique pas de longues distances a parcourir. Le menu est une pure merveille de l’entrée au dessert en passant par un plateau de fromages exceptionnels. Oui jusqu’au dessert ce qui est rare pour un chef seul dans sa cuisine. Il a un secret il est aussi pâtissier. Faites vite un détour ça en vaut la peine.
