A beautiful house in the beating heart of Côte-Saint-André, which has preserved the character of its walls while renovating most of its rooms to welcome us in a warm, contemporary atmosphere. The other pleasure of this address is chef Benjamin Henner's table. Inspired by seasonal produce sourced locally, and combining tradition and creativity, the chef offers a cuisine with bold notes: lamb chops from the Templiers sheepfold, oregano and pistachio jus, asparagus and yellow wine sabayon. A real treat.
