It's good to watch chef emissions, but it's not to dream who's going to take you behind your stoves! Council du Futé, direction Cubre Rouge, in the heart of Grenoble to really put your hand to the paste and learn with a chef, Gaëtan Tarrade, tips and tricks for sure of daily dishes, party dishes, dishes from here and elsewhere… To vary the pleasures in cooking, dessert entries, the themes change very regularly (some examples this month of November: Brunch, Mexican cuisine, chocolate, caramely passion…) And to reproduce at home the delights made during the course, Cucumber Rouge offers all the material and accessories of the biggest brands (see our section Arts of the Table).
