The very serious GRETA (Groups of public educational establishments) offer adult training courses in the culinary field, but also, for some of them, cookery courses open to the general public. This is the case with GRETA-Alpes. In Grenoble, but also elsewhere in the region (Largentière, Way l'Hermitage, Thonon-les-Bains, among others, but also, for the Lyon Academy: Bellegarde-sur-Valserine, Le Coteau or Saint-Chamond), GRETA-Alpes offers you their culinary workshops, with themed evenings (local cuisine, dessert desserts, verrines and bouche, foie gras…) Examples of modules: buffet aperitif, Foie gras, light kitchen, La Saint-Jacques, macaroons, chocolate, sushi…
