Chocolate lovers will be delighted by the creations of Pierre Bolf, pastry chef for more than 25 years in Grenoble: delicate combinations with orange or coffee, the traditional black forest, of course, and also the feuillantine placed on a fine crunchy biscuit... really crunchy.
