J’ai signalé au personnel de l’hôtel que je n’avais pas d’eau chaude pour ma douche le premier matin, on m’a indiqué que ce serait réglé. Surprise le deuxième matin toujours pas d’eau chaude. Lors de mon check out j’en ai reparlé. Je n’ai même pas eu droit à un désolé de la part du personnel. Séjour très désagréable au regard de cet expérience. De plus pas de chauffage avec le système central. Les autres Ibis de la ville mettent à disposition un chauffage d’appoint. Seul l’accueil de Mamadou était bien au check in.

We received a warm welcome and were checking in quickly. The location is fantastic and in a central location. The room was as expected, clean and tidy. We would stay again.
