In a room that has managed, after some modernisation work, to preserve its slightly vintage charm, gourmands continue to enjoy a completely homemade cuisine, a traditional cuisine inspired by seasonal products displayed on a large menu boards. This autumn, the return of oysters with Marennes Oléron, but also a homemade foie gras or a terrine of Saint-Christophe. To follow, the veal blanquette with chanterelles or a rack of roasted lamb.
