Restaurant with terrace in Grenoble offering Vietnamese cuisine based on fresh produce.

Grenoble's best bò búns, particularly well-balanced Vietnamese salads, have two downtown locations (another address is 22 bd Gambetta). Ô Bo Bun is a team of enthusiasts who wash, peel, cut and cook fresh produce chosen with love (French Charolais beef, Batavia and French carrots...). Bò bún is a salad of beef(bo in Vietnamese) and rice vermicelli(bun). All you have to do is change your bò bún each time you visit. The base remains the same (salad, soy, carrots, gluten-free rice vermicelli), with the addition of one or more hot ingredients and seasonings as desired. Adorable, super-efficient service

Super petit restau, on y mange très bien, les plats sont bons et frais, pour un prix très raisonnable. Par contre ce n'est vraiment pas grand et il faut s'attendre à faire la queue aux heures de pointe. Possibilité de prendre à emporter.
