In Japanese, Shun Bun refers to the spring equinox. A time when we traditionally celebrate the festival of life and nature. A terrace opening onto a wide courtyard, a tastefully decorated dining room, with an emphasis on natural materials. In the kitchen, you'll find the same sense of refinement, with well-presented plates and dishes made from the finest ingredients. The house specialty is maki (classic, california, rolls, shunbun), with new creations added regularly. Shun Bun is also a sushi restaurant, where the sushi is particularly good. If you want to eat hot, there are skewers with the same high quality standards.

Le cadre est très sympatique, le service est correct, le personnel est aimable. Les plats sont très savoureux et frais. Je recommande !

Un très bon japonais sur Grenoble. Je suis allé plusieurs fois à cette adresse et je trouve que leurs maki/sushi/sashimi sont excellent. Le menu du jour est à 17 euros (entrée/plat). Vous pouvez manger soit à une table normal, sois dans le petit salon quasiment à ras le sol (en déposant vos chaussures dans un petit casier). Le cadre est plutôt sympa. Mieux vaux réserver si vous être plusieurs car le restaurant est souvent plein.
