Program for the Family Kitchen: Burgers and mozzarella! Inspired by the New York universe for its framework, the Family Kitchen is an address that opens every evening and weekends at lunch. Small terrace in the lively and interior street that would transport us across the Atlantic. Visible stones, tables that evoke the bistro universe, some photos to tell us that the restaurant brings a history of immigration to the US… Not convinced by the decor, will we be more so by the famous burgers? To get to the appetite, we start by tasting the charcuterie (Parma ham, mortadelle, speck…) and Italian cheeses (burrata). To follow, burgers also with Italian flavors, since the bun is a focaccia bread made by a baker. With film names, burgers are around a steak of ox, eggplant, peppers, gorgonzola… And it's a real success! Everything served with fresh fries home, they also tasty or a true salad of the market. Futé didn't taste the home dogs, but the Italian sausage looked like the same level. In the end, an Italian-American family to attend for its contagious mood and its cuisine made from good products. Made!
