For more than twenty years, Le Tchoutchoura has been taking us on a journey to Eastern Europe. Its cuisine has evolved, blending the influences and flavors of Balkan and Mediterranean cuisines. Around typical and quality products, Le Tchoutchoura regales us in the evening with a home-made cuisine by a passionate person. You have to let yourself be guided on the menu among unknown dishes by an affable man. Nasdrave! And here we go for a journey and flavors to discover, as in this great Bulgarian plate, this vegetarian moussaka, the lamb of the Balkans or delicious mixed kebabs. Unexpected desserts with honey and walnut palatchinky. A change of scenery guaranteed.

Inconditionnel de ce restaurant depuis près de 10 ans, je suis littéralement tombé sous le charme des plats savoureux proposés par une carte simple mais authentique. La carte propose des plats pour sans viande (encore faut-il aimer la feta !). L'assiette panachée proposée en entrée est un régal et permet de se pencher sur tout un ensemble de saveurs. En revanche, le dessert Vatrouchka (gâteau au fromage blanc) est un délice que je conseille à tout le monde de découvrir (souvent accompagné d'une boule de glace à la vanille).
L'accueil a toujours été sympa avec le propriétaire qui prend le temps de discuter un peu avec nous, sans oublier le petit verre de digestif régulièrement offert par la maison ! La décoration de l'établissement se veut traditionnelle dans ce restaurant assez exigu cependant. Bref, une bonne recette pour ceux qui, comme moi, aiment la cuisine des Balkans !
