c'est une tres belle expérience avec des resultats garantis, j'ai perdu 20 kg en 5 mois et une nouvelle vie commence.
Myriam est adorable , elle est d'un grand soutien durant cette période de restriction et cela est bien plus facile de tenir sur la durée.
Bravo encore pour cette méthode qui marche et qui redonne la pêche...

Between meals D business and excess J had beautiful to do sports but the kilos stayed (especially on the paunch). With Theraform and especially the followed and the advice of Myriam I get my new kilos in excess without necessarily and frustration! Today I eat normally and I do not grow mirror while keeping fishing and especially having found the sleep (it is my wife which is back because I do not whirr longer!).
