For more than 30 years, the Abbaye honey meadery, with its store right next to the abbey church, has been welcoming you to discover honey and its by-products. No honey here, but products made from the finest honeys, such as hypocras (a medieval drink of wine sweetened with honey) and mead (a fermented drink made from water and honey, gingerbread and honey vinegar). Other local products include natural or flavored gingerbread.
