The Beavers who have built their beautiful house over the course of a long period of time. In the heart of Crémieu, the adorable Corinne Herbin and Danielle Crost continue to offer us, between their exposed stone walls, a cuisine full of freshness composed of good seasonal products. Everything on the slate according to the arrivals and the inspiration of the chef: XXL scallop salad cooked a la plancha, salicornia, condiments or entrecote of French farm beef. Cheese platter and homemade desserts. Traditional cuisine with local accents.
