Located in the heart of the valley, the Haut-Vercors Nordic ski area offers over a hundred kilometers of marked cross-country skiing and snowshoeing trails. Each village offers different itineraries. In Corrençon-en-Vercors, several loops and trails let you explore the valley's wooded landscapes. In just an hour, you can reach the Auberge Malaterre on an easy, gentle trail. A little steeper, a two-hour trail climbs to Clos de la Balme, at 1,220 meters altitude. The resort's flagship itinerary is the Circuit du Roy, a 30-kilometer loop that can be completed in two days, for the most seasoned hikers.
