It is quite simply the oldest fish farm in France, created in 1898 by Charles Murgat. Since then, four generations have succeeded one another to continue the best fish reared with respect for the environment. Today, Laurent and Vincent Murgat offer us four species of salmonids: brown trout, rainbow trout, arctic char and brook salmon. There are also many gourmet products (caviar, smoked trout fillet, tarama, rillettes...).
