It is a fact, deli meats are an endangered trade. Fortunately, Annecy can count on Pauvert, probably the last butcher of the city. A historical sign, the word is not overused, since... 1894 ! At Pauvert, we have been charcuterie-caterers for six generations. Marie-Claire and André Fouanon, Best Worker in France, maintain this reputation. André naturally requires his products to be impeccable. The shop is like the goods, combining freshness, innovation and modernity. The realizations, like these verrines, look like real works of art.
