Members of the Biocoop network, the four Aquarius cooperative stores apply its ecological and citizen philosophy. Priority is given to direct relations with producers, which allows farmers to cut back on their margins and thousands of cooperative members, as well as many "non members", to consume locally. The choice is interesting in all the departments. There are impeccable fruit and vegetables, meat, dairy products, sulphate-free wine, local beer and quality bread.

Depuis l’ouverture de leur concurrent dans le centre commercial, des Nouvelles Galeries à 500m, je n’étais plus revenu chez Biocoop. Me trouvant dans le quartier, j’y suis retourné et j’ai eu la surprise de voir un magasin ré-aménagé, beaucoup plus clair avec une offre donnant l’impression d’être plus gourmande que dans l’ancien magasin. Les produits frais sont de bonnes qualités ce qui n’est pas souvent le cas en magasin bio; avec moins de pesticides et autres, ils sont souvent soit pas mûrs soit trop mûrs et s’abîment très vite ce qui rend la gestion de ce rayon très difficile J’y reviendrai
