A name well known to wine lovers, run by a genuine enthusiast, Jean-Chrysostome Iffrig. La Cave du Parmelan, a traditional winery created over 15 years ago, is in the hands of a true sommelier by trade. A graduate of L'Alpaga in Megève, he is keen to share with us his wonderful encounters with winemakers. Right next to the Nouvelles Galeries, a selection of bottles, most of them organically grown, with pleasure in mind. Wines and spirits - fine ranges of whisky, rum, cognac, armagnac and more. - with excellent advice on food and wine pairing. With the Petit Caviste selection, discover quality bottles at affordable prices.

Une excellente adresse à connaître sur Annecy, toujours bien reçu et conseillé par Éric et son fils Florent, la sélection de vin est de grande qualité, et m’a fait découvrir des domaines très prometteurs tel que la maison Montirius… La gamme de spiritueux est également très vaste, spéciale mention au rhum Zaka dégusté hier soir !
