This shop, on the busiest passage in Annecy, is one of the links in a group that has spread throughout the agglomeration, to the point of having about fifteen separate addresses! For the 40 years that the company has existed, it has tried to pass on the values initiated by Gérard Chevallier, those of traditional know-how and tradition. Two things that are undoubtedly more complicated to maintain with so many outlets!

Nous avons pris à emporté et nous n’avions pas vérifié notre commande quand on a été servi, quand nous avions pu trouvé un banc pour s’installer en ville on s’est aperçu que le serveur ne nous avait pas mis les serviettes et les cuillères pour la mousse au chocolat et l’entremet individuel aux fraises. De plus le sandwich où il était indiqué au jambon emmental et cornichons il y avait avec surprise en plus des œufs, de la salade et de la mayonnaise, ça serait bien d’y préciser!
