Once you've tasted Aristide's breads, viennoiseries, brioches and joie de vivre, there's no turning back (and you risk falling into the Thiou...). A bakery that declares itself to be "atypical", but that goes back to what has always been the hallmark of authentic breads: "flour, water, salt and time". Don't look for baguettes, but treat yourself to an Aristide, a long-fermented (24h) farmhouse bread made with wheat and rye flours, rye sourdough, salt and water. Only real wholemeal bread by the slice, for pleasures to share. You can multiply these pleasures with our brioches, cookies and panettones... 100% organic and as local as possible.

Un vrai plaisir de déguster ses préparations. Pain, brioches, et de voir l’équipe qui s’affaire dans les réalisations. Une nouvelle enseigne dans le monde de la boulangerie, et grand plaisir de la découvrir. Nouvel habitant, c’est choisi. Le petit plus, le pain se conserve très bien plusieurs jours, sauf que chez nous, cela ne reste pas longtemps.
